Our company is a Czech company with a long-standing tradition and more than 15 years of experience in the field of HR and we focus mainly on the contractual provision of temporary workers to our clients. It was founded in the Czech Republic under the name CNC smart s.r.o. and due to the high demand for our services and the satisfaction of our customers, we decided to extend our services to the German market as well, for this purpose our new company Kobalt Steel Personal GmbH was founded in 2024, based in Munich.

We are specialised in the recruitment and contractual provision of temporary workers and services within the Federal Republic of Germany, primarily in industry, logistics or services to ensure the continuity of any operation. We mainly focus on the cross-border posting of temporary workers within the legally permissible framework, the provision of industrial temporary workers, the provision of seasonal workers, the mediation of contracts for the provision of work and/or services for others, the mediation of temporary personnel, the mediation of workers and places in industrial production and construction, including coordination and controlling.
